2.       Refrain from eating food that are high in fat and sugar such as processes foods.

3.       Decrease or stop drinking alcohol.

4.       Engage into moderate exercise every day. Allocate an hour of your time in exercising or doing physical activities such as swimming, walking, jogging and so on.

With this in mind, we can protect ourselves with those life-threatening diseases such as obesity. Another thing that you can add up to lose weight and gain back a healthy life, you can use weight loss pills.
