Physical education is as important as the academics. It plays a significant role in the physical, as well as mental, growth of the student. Physical Education has been deeply integrated in the educational framework of almost all the schools of every nation worldwide. The internet age has inculcated inactiveness in our lifestyle and in such circumstances the need for physical education, in the form of sport activities like cricket, badminton, volleyball, basketball, etc, is very important.

School going kids learn about the importance of personal grooming, like cutting their nails, polishing shoes, etc, during these physical education classes conducted in their schools. They learn the basics of health, inculcating in them healthy eating habits and the importance of hygiene. The trainer engages the kids in a regular exercise routine and teaches them basic fitness workouts. Regularly the kids are graded for their fitness activities, like running, jogging, etc, to encourage them to take care of themselves.

These classes help in reducing obesity amongst youngsters. Keeping in mind their indulgence in junk food and zero or minimal engagement in outdoor sports, the only solution is to have these classes. This sedentary living style can even cause heart diseases or lead to hypertension or diabetes in kids.  Physical education classes sharpen the motor skills, along with the co-ordination of mind and hand, amongst children. The body muscles are also developed and strengthened through exercises, like push-ups, crunches, jogging, running, etc.

If the body of a student is physically fit, then the circulation of oxygen and blood is proper and this increases the attentiveness in their academics. Due to proper circulation of oxygen and blood even the nutrients of their food are circulated and well absorbed in the body providing them with adequate energy. According to various surveys, children who actively participate in sports, like basketball, cricket, tennis, etc, have a higher self esteem and confidence level as compared to other kids. These sports activities even promote sportsmanship amongst kids and help them overcome negative feelings, like jealously, anger, etc. Other feelings which are developed in students include team work and coordination.

Each child is different from the other one; for example, some kids are bright and good at

studies, while some are upcoming athletes. Physical education classes help kids figure out their hidden interests and talents. They can take up specialized coaching classes to groom their talent and become a famous athlete of state or national level. Kids can even learn to take out their aggression in other areas of life through sports.

Physical education classes allow kids to have a fun time and give them a break from their regular study routine at school. They can spend time with their friends, while they play along. Students who are constantly good at sports are found to live a healthier life later on. They are regular with their gym routines or other fitness measures and take proper care of themselves and their body. They can even encourage other people to be conscious about their fitness.  NIHE India is one of the leading NEET PG Coaching institute in Norther India with several branches spread across cities for great results in NEET Exam
