The Vampire Diaries: A Love Story

“The Vampire Diaries” is a teenager show based on supernatural powers. The storyline is about a 17 year old girl named Elena Gilbert. The central focus is her love life. There is a love triangle and the whole story revolves around this. She falls in love with 162 year old vampire, Stefan Salvatore. His brother starts having feeling for the same lady. The central point soon shifts to the mysterious life of the vampire family.

The series is executive produced and developed by Julie Plec and Kevin Williamson. Along with them, Bob Levy and Leslie Morgenstein work as executive producer. It is based on the book series written by L.J. Smith and it is the best selling book. Morcos Siega has directed the programme. The set is established in Atlanta and Covington, both in Georgia.

The music is composed by Michael Suby. It is debuted in year 2009 for the first time is still running. Three seasons have been completed. It is airing on The CW channel. Each episode is of 41 minutes. The production companies are Outerbanks Entertainment, Alloy Entertainment, CBS Television Studios and Warner Bros. Television.

The show is very well admired by the largest audience and critics. Some of the specific episodes appeal attraction of the viewers. It is able to maintain its high rating consistently.
