You should have a good and a sufficient amount of sleep. You should look fresh when you wake up in the morning. You should wake up in the morning without the use of the alarm clock and take proper amount of sleep. If you do so, you will feel energetic for the rest of your day. Sleep deficiency is a great proportion of the problem among the people. It is because of the high placed lifestyle causing the lack of time for sleeping that we actually need. When we do not get the sufficient amount of sleep that, we need then we tend to accumulate a sleep debt. This debt needs to be paid back and most of the people try doing so on the weekends, which results in disruption of their circadian rhythm.

Bedroom

Bedroom is the place where you would rest at night and relax down after the whole day’s work. The proper bedding is must for a better sleep. It is thought that keeping a clock in your room should be avoided. Avoid looking at the clock at night in order to check the time. It would be preferable not keeping clock in your bedroom. If there is a clock in the bedroom you might just happen to wake up in the middle of the night and check time so that you are late at work the next day. This could lead to anxiety. If you get anxious and your sleep in inadequate for the day, then you might just spoil the next day. You will not be fresh nor be as energetic.

Alternative

If at all you cannot keep the clock out of your bedroom, you can atleast keep the clock at a longer distance from you, so that it will let you wake up in time the next morning. If the clock is far away then you would have to get up from your bed to turn off the alarm clock. Keep the clock away from your eyes, keep it turned not showing the time to your side. This will help you not keeping on starring at the clock for the rest night. Sleep well at night and next day you would seem to be fresh and energetic like ever.
