Is Sage 50 Accounts training must?

Sage 50 Accounts is highly recommended for small to mid-sized business units but I don’t really understand what makes an entrepreneur think that merely purchasing a software can boost their entire performance to an all new level, overnight. Many entrepreneurs often fail to realize that in order to make the most out of the software their employees must be well equipped with the skills to use the software efficiently. Many entrepreneurs often stumble by assuming that as their employees have sound knowledge of computer handling they can use the software too.

It is very important to understand that Sage training must be provided to the employees if you expect Sage 50 Accounts software to do wonders for your company. An entrepreneur must remember that most of the employees are not very courageous enough to say that, “Sir, I am highly delighted that you have picked me up & entrusted me for managing your accounts and empowered me with Sage 50 Accounts, but I don’t really know how to use the software efficiently. Kindly buy me a training course too.” Many entrepreneurs do understand this but think that the user manual can help the employees out in this regard. If you are one of those, then let me quote a very famous phrase here- “Little knowledge can be too dangerous.”

Manuals are not of much help in educating a person as to how to use a particular software ‘efficiently’. They only give a very vague idea about how the software works.
