No one can ever explain how a person truly feels during a panic attack.

Every feeling is different from various people that have experienced it. Also, you will never know when it will happen. People who have not yet experience panic attack may think that it is just like feeling anxious or stress about something. There are many reasons for a panic attack to happen and every reason varies from different people. The usual causes are stress, family problems, sadness, and many more. In panic attack, on the other hand, the person does not know the reason why he feels such intense fright or anxiety. All he knew that he feels it there and there. Usually, people that have experienced panic attack many times can progress into agoraphobia or the fear of going into public places because he was afraid that the attack will happen again. This condition is very serious because it can impair the normal daily activities of a person.
