How to avoid infertility

The couple who are trying for a child should essentially eat healthy food. The diet and fertility are directly linked to each other. The diet of man is major responsible for the quality of sperm his body will produce. A healthy diet routine will increases the chances of conceiving. Following a bad routine of unhealthy diet and intake of alcohol will reduce the production of sperm. If the intake of alcohol is done on regular basis then the chances of producing abnormal sperms will increase.

Excessive intake of drugs will reduce the fertility level, so in order to have a good fertility level the intake of medicines should be done when only needed. Smoking should be avoided to have a good fertility level. Men should include the food with zinc and vitamin C to avoid the risk of less semen volume and testosterone. Vitamin D is responsible to enhance fertility. In case of men to avoid the infertility problem they should not wear very tight clothes or underwear. They should not sit continuously for longer hours and take hot baths or saunas. Relaxation is very important for fertility as stress can reduce production of sperm. If the men are exposed to chemical radiation then his sperms will be damaged. Avoid excess intake of caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and recreational drugs. Exposure to hazards relating to environment should be avoided.

To enhance the fertility level in men green tea is very effective which powerful antimutagens are. Intake of fruits like apples, bananas and pears will enhance fertility. Avoid the intake of wheat bran as it is responsible to block absorption of minerals. The intake of preserved food upset the hormonal balances which ultimately affect the fertility. During pregnancy certain food should be extremely avoided. Many foods contain bacteria’s that may negatively affect the growth of baby. It is advisable for pregnant woman that she should not consume products like raw milk, soft cheese, unpasteurized juices and many more. Listeria can cause miscarriage or premature delivery. Intake of raw egg should be avoided. Undercooked meats should be avoided by pregnant women.
