Healthy habits to enhance fertility

Fertility can be enhanced among men and women by following healthy lifestyle and eating healthy food. The diet and fertility are positively linked to each other. The quality of diet that men intake is responsible for the sperm quality. Following a healthy diet routine will help the women to conceive soon. Both men and women should avoid the intake of alcohol. The intake of alcohol will increase the chances of developing abnormal sperms in body of men.

Other health related problems can result in infertility. Overall health contributes to have good fertility. If men or women are using medical drugs then this can result in infertility. Smoking is also responsible for infertility. Smoking badly affects the development of the sperm in men body. If a pregnant indulge in smoking then it will badly affect the health of unborn child. Couples who want to become parents soon should follow a healthy diet schedule. They should include food with zinc and vitamin C to have more volume of sperms developed and testosterone. Intake of vitamin D should be increased as it responsible for fertility among men and women. Both men and women should avoid wearing very tight clothing. They should not sit for longer hours at the work place.

They should not stress out too much and should relax even after their busy schedule. If men and women are exposed too much chemical radiation then the fertility level will be reduced so excessive exposure should be avoided. More intakes of caffeine, tobacco, alcohol and recreational drugs should be avoided in order to have good fertility level. Exposure to environmental hazards should be avoided. Intake of green tea is effective to enhance fertility among men. Wheat barn should not be consumed as it blocks the absorption of minerals. Women should strictly avoid consumption of some food during pregnancy as it is very harmful for the child. Intake of raw eggs and raw milk should be avoided. Undercooked meat may contain some bacteria’s which can reduce the fertility level. Intake of food which contains listeria should be avoided as it can cause premature delivery. Regular exercising is also important to enhance the fertility level.
