Cleaning of house is necessary from health point of view. Dirty house can cause many health related problems and the family members cannot get peace of mind in a dirty house. Cleaning of house is a time consuming and tiring process. One can never feel free from the household cleaning as one need to clean the house on regular basis. Cleaning house is as important as other household work is. If house is not cleaned on regular basis then it can create lot of hassle in the life. Clean house will give a satisfied feeling to the family members.


Advantages of cleaning home while watching television

Clean house will give good and satisfied feeling to all the family members. A clean house will give feeling of relaxation after coming back home from work. Entertainment is also necessary after a tiring day of work. Cleaning does not require much attention so the person watches television while cleaning the house. Cleaning of house can be done while watching favorite television program or news. If the person watches television continuously for long hours without performing any activities then he will tend to eat more and put on extra weight on the body which is not good for health. If the person keep on doing some work while watching television then the possibility of overweight and eating more can be reduced to considerable extend. This habit will have two advantages. House will look neat and clean. Secondly, the person can watch the favorite television program. Some people find cleaning as a boring task so it can made interesting by watching television.

Disadvantages of watching television while cleaning the house

Cleaning of house also require some concentration, the person will not clean the house properly as he will feel distracted with the television. If person intend to watch television while cleaning then he will be restricted to only one room of the house where the television is placed. Sweeping of floor require some attention as watching television will distract and some dust particles will not be cleaned. Cleaning will take lot of time if person watches television.
