Clean bed

As all knows that sleeping in the clean bed is as good as heavenly feeling and its one of the reson for better sleep too. the longer one leaves the dust under the bed, the more it accumulates. This may be great place for dust mites, but it will be the bad news for anyone with allergies and then the bed is in danger too.

Instruction to keep it claen
At first tuck lengthy dust ruffles and also the bed covers into the mattress, to give free access to under the bed for cleaning properly. Pull bed away from the wall to vacuum just or pass a damp cloth along runners and behind the headboard. Vacuum thoroughly under and around the bed by paying special attention to corners of floors and walls. Sweep a dust mop over wood floors too. Pass a damp or lightly soaped cloth along runners if there is carpet. If the floor is wooden then take a cloth dampened with wood soap over runners and floor. Replace the bed and repeat every month or so to keep the bed clean and hygine. Clean under the bed as often as one can change the linen. The bed will be stripped anyway and the fresh bedding will not pick up dust balls. Avoid moving extremely heavy furniture alone to avoid injuries.
Create a heavenly bed
There are several reasons why so many people have trouble sleeping. Among them one of the reason is because most beds are unattractive, uncomfortable and un-clean, that can make the person not sleep as well. No doubt that too many people get by on just a few hours of sleep a night. With a little effort, one can create a restful bed that might just make someone turn in a little earlier and sleep a whole lot better. Besides making the bed more attractive and lasting longer, a bed that can be cleaned regularly may to make sleep better because it holds less dust, pollen, allergens and dust mites that can cause breathing difficulties and skin rashes. Beds should be vacuumed regularly. Wash mattress pads and protectors and pillows and pillow protectors regularly.
