Avoid other gazettes in bed

Sleep is as important as eating food and drinking water, if body does not get the proper sleep than it has to face many problems related to health and other problems which ultimately reduce the quality of the life. Lack of sleep reduces the concentration power, hampers the immune system which reduces the ability of body to fight the diseases, memory loss, change in mood very frequently mostly the bad mood occurs, ability to work reduces as lack of sleep causes drowsiness all these factors collectively decrease the quality of life. Care should be taken to sleep properly so as to reduce many problems related to sleep and lead happy and healthy life.

Factors affecting sleep:

1. Stress keeps the person awake till late in night.
2. Improper eating habits like drinking, smoking eating too much of chocolates, consuming tea and coffee.
3. Many gazettes at the place of sleeping distract the sleep.
4. Noise and light while sleeping.
5. Eating just before sleeping.

Ways to avoid disturbance while sleeping:

1. Make the room very cozy and comfortable to sleep. Keep it neat and clean and do not keep gazettes like television and computer at the place of sleeping.
2. Follow proper wake up and sleeping schedule even during weekend.
3. Good eating habits and exercising also improves the quality of sleep.


Gazettes in the bedroom:

Bed room should be used only for relaxing and sleeping, it should not be used as a place to work as many people have the habit of bringing work at home and they replace their hours of sleep to work at computer at sleeping place. All the gazettes like computer, television, music system should strictly be kept out of bed room as they distracts mind. It may happen that the person is feeling sleepy but he started watching television or play games on computer which will take away all his sleep and he will feel drowsy through out the next day. If one watches some action drama or something sad on the television just before sleeping, it will lead to bad dreams and will not feel refreshed next morning.
