3dequipmentAt a large gathering of journalists and magazine editors at the large facory and showroom located at 3/34 Endeavour Road, Caringbah, VP - Marketing of 3D Equipments took all the gathered journalists around the extensive plant and fabrication unit. With each wearing safety helmet, coveralls and protective eye wear, the tour began from the material docking bay. At the docking bay 18-wheeler trucks unloaded large sheets of steel which was the most basic raw material used in all our fabricated products.

The visiting journalists were shown various sections including:

1. Materials handling equipment - Fabrication of utility products used in handling materials (e.g. benches, Storage Equipment, barrier door polls, fork stackers, racking benches, carton sealers, cleaning machine and sign boards.

2. Hospitality equipment products - Manufacture / assembly of products such as microwave ovens, baking ovens,Commercial Drawer Fridge chimneys, gas stoves, holding cupboards, food warmers, holding cabinets, dishwashers, pot and utensil washers, rack conveyor dishwasher, ice makers, rubberized safety mats, refrigerated display counters, heated display counters, food and drink heaters, automatic dispensers, litter bins commercial deep fryers etc.

3. Line Marking tools and stencil manufacturing - These are used to draw neat lines on roads, runways, car parks etc.

The visiting journalists were also shown the ultra-large custom fabrication plant right next door. Here custom orders were executed. Customers walk into the front sales office with an idea or a readymade engineering design. If the design is not ready, our engineer patiently hears out the customer’s idea and then works on a draft design. Once the design is finalized in consultation with the customer, the engineering design is prepared and sent to the custom fabrication unit where senior fabricator Bob takes over and sees that it is executed A.S.A.P.

Apart from the above, the journalists were also taken to a special section that catered to jobs that needed to be done onsite such as onsite maintenance, onsite fabrication or dismantling and moving of large structures, etc. An interesting feature of this section is the onsite service operator. As a matter of fact, there are 5 of them. These onsite specialists visit the premises of customers and help fix issues e.g. a repairing of Material Handling Equipment or a broken piece of equipment or it may need complete replacement and so on. Due to their extensive experience, these operators are often also called to find the problem e.g. not enough specific Materials Handling Products for the amount of work required or just general Hospitality Equipment advice and or service. They find the source of the problem and fix it if they can or advise that an expert needs to be called in.

3DEquipment Hospitality Equipment Supplies Australia and Materials Handling Products wholesale also has three onsite certified inspectors who visit client locations and inspect completed works or damaged works. They can then certify or recommend steps that need to be undertaken to repair damage.

Our onsite services also include routine home / office maintenance including janitorial services, lawn mowing, window cleaning, etc.

All visiting journalists were also introduced to the "Team Melbourne" - the sales team of our new sales office at Melbourne, Australia.
